Savarine-Savarin

Savarine... De data aceasta le-am facut dupa reteta mea din caietul meu de retete. Sunt facute cu pesmet.

"Prajitura insiropata bine
Savarina i se zice
Foarte usor de preparat
Si gustoasa la mancat!"

Portii: 8-10
Timp total : 50 min



BLAT:
4 oua
Un praf de sare
4 linguri zahar
4 linguri pesmet
1-2 linguri faina
5 gr praf de copt Dr.Oetker

SIROP :
300-400 ml apa
3-4 linguri zahar
Esenta de rom Dr.Oetker

CREMA
300-400 ml frisca lichida
Un borcan de dulceata

MOD DE PREPARARE
Albusurile se bat spuma praful de sare. Adaugam zaharul si mixam , adaugam galbenusurile pe rand , apoi adaugam pesmetul si la final faina amestecata cu praful de copt. Se pune compozitia in forme si se da la cuptorul preincalzit la foc potrivit 30 min.
Se lasa sa se raceasca , se insiropeaza.
Frisca se bate spuma.
Se taie un capac , se pune dulceata , frisca , capacelul si iarasi dulceata sau tort gelee.

Savarin
 
 SPONGE:
 4 eggs
A pinch of salt
4 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1 - 2 tablespoons flour
5 g baking powder Dr.Oetker

SYRUP:
300-400 ml of water
3 to 4 tablespoons sugar
Rum essence Dr.Oetker

CREAM
300-400 ml whipped cream
A jar of jam

PREPARATION
Mix the egg white pinch of salt. Add sugar and mixing, add egg yolks one at a time, then add the breadcrumbs and finally flour mixed with baking powder. Put the mixture into the pan and put on the preheated oven at medium heat for 30 minutes.
Allow to cool and moist it .
Beat the whippend cream..
Cut a lid, place the jam,  whippend cream, put the lid and again jam or  Gelee.
