Rulouri cu frisca- Double cream rolls

Roulouri cu frisca , bune si rapide..

Am castigat formele de rulouri de la revista Pap Tot, fapt pentru care le multumesc !! M-am pus pe treaba .

"O reteta am postat 
Forme de rulou am castigat 
Repede m-am pus pe treaba 
Si-am facut treaba grozava! "

INGREDIENTE:
400 gr aluat foietaj
300 ml frisca lichida
1 ou

MOD DE PREPARARE
Aluatul se intinde cu sucitorul , se taie fasii de 2-3 cm . Aluatul se ruleaza pe forme si se pun in tava cu hartie de copt. Se ung cu ou batut. Se coc in cuptorul preincalzit la foc potrivit 25-50 min. Dupa ce s-au copt  se scot de pe forma.
Frisca lichida se  bate si  umplem rulourile.

Total time: 30-40 minutes

INGREDIENTS:
400 gr pastry dough
300 ml whipped cream
1 egg

PREPARATION 

We spread the dough with rolling pin, we cut the dough into  strips of 2-3 cm. The dough is rolled on the forms and put it in  the tray with baking paper. Brush the rolls with beaten egg. Bake in preheated oven 25-50 minutes on medium heat. After you have cooked the rolls remove from the form.
Beat the whipped cream and  filled the rolls.
