Tort cu crema de zahar ars





Dragii mei am sa va scriu cate ceva de inceput despre crema de zahar. Cremei de zahar ii se mai spune si creme brulee sau crema catalana.Traditional ea este aromata cu vanilie, dar se poate aroma si cu lamaie, portocala, rozmarin, lavanda, ciocolata , cafea, lichioruri, fistic, alune, nuca de cocos si altele..
Prima referinta despre crema a aparut in 1961, in cartea de bucate a lui François Massialot.

Tort cu crema de zahar ars si nectarine






CREMA
6 linguri zahar
3 oua
500 ml lapte
3 nectarine

Se pun 3 linguri de zahar la carmelizat,

cand este gata se imbraca cratita (24 cm).Se lasa cateva minute la racorit.

Intre-timp taiem nectarinele felii. Ouale le amestecam cu restul de zahar

si adaugam laptele.

Se pun nectarinele in cratita

si se toarna laptele cu ouale peste.

Se da la cuptor la foc potrivit cam 30 min.

BLATUL
3 oua
un praf de sare
3 linguri zahar
3 linguri ulei
3 linguri faina
1 lingurita praf de copt

Albusurile se bat spuma, se adauga zaharul si se mixeaza bine.

Se pun galbenusurile frecate cu ulei

iar la final faina si praful de copt.

Se scoate cratita si se toarna blatul peste crema si se da la cuptor inca vreo 30 min.

Cand este gata se lasa la racit si se intoarce pe platou .





Cake with flan and nectarines 

CREAM 
6 tablespoons sugar 
3 eggs 
500 ml of milk 
3 nectarines 

Put in pan 3 tablespoons of sugar an caramelize it.When is ready  worn pan (24 cm) . Leave it a few minutes to cool.
Cut the nectarines into long slices.  Mix  the eggs with the remaining sugar and add milk. 
Put the  nectarines in pan and over them them milk with the eggs.
Bake at medium heat about 30 minutes. 

SPONGE
3 eggs 
Pinch of salt 
3 tablespoons sugar 
3 tablespoons oil 
3 tablespoons flour 
1 teaspoon baking powder 

Mix the egg white, add sugar and mix well,  Put yolks rubbed with oil and finally the flour and baking powder. 
Take out the pan, put the sponge over the cream and bake for about another 30 minutes. 
When  it is ready, leave to cool and turn on the plate.
