2 Colors Chocolate mousse cake- Tort in doua culori cu mousse de ciocolata

Mornin' again :))... This time we will bake a chocolate mousse cake. The one of the most tasty cakes, it has 2 sponges, one white and one black  and a chocolate mousse made from white and milk chocolate with double cream.
I know that the chocolate is agreed by most of people , this cake it's a tasty and fine dessert. Let me show you how easy is to make it ...
Servings: 10
Total time : 2-3 hr

SPONGE 1:
3 egss
pinch of salt 
3 tablespoons sugar 
1 tablespoon sunflower oil 
3 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

SPONGE 2
3 egss
pinch of salt 
3 tablespoons sugar 
1 tablespoon sunflower oil 
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder

SYRUP: 150 ml water 1 tablespoon sugar

CHOCOLATE MOUSSE:
100 gr white chocolate
100 gr milk chocolate
200 ml double cream
400 ml whipped double cream.

PREPARATION:
Sponge 1: Mix the egg whites with salt until become foam. Add the sugar and mix again until it become glossy, then add the egg yolks mixed with oil and mix again. In the end we will add the flour mixed with baking powder, now we will stir with a silicone spatula to homogenize. In a round  baking tray ( 20 cm, i guess :D), put baking paper and put the sponge. We will bake it in a preheated oven on 175 degrees for 30-35 min. After that we will allow to cool.
Sponge 2: 
Mix the egg whites with salt until become foam. Add the sugar and mix again until it become glossy, then add the egg yolks mixed with oil and mix again. In the end we will add the flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa powder, now we will stir with a silicone spatula to homogenize. In a round  baking tray ( 20 cm, i guess :D), put baking paper and put the sponge. We will bake it in a preheated oven on 175 degrees for 30-35 min. After that we will allow to cool.

Mousse: Cut chocolate in pieces and place them in a saucepan , add 200 ml double cream and put them on a low heat to melt. When is melted , allow to cool. Beat 400 ml of double cream , half of it mix with the chocolate, and the other half garnish the cake.

ASSEMBLY:
Cut the 2 sponges in 2 each. Place a piece of black one , moist with syrup, put cream , after that put a pice of a white sponge, moist , cream , and so on. Glaze the cake with chocolate mousse and garnish with whipped double cream.

TORT IN 2 CULORI CU MOUSSE DE CIOCOLATA

Timp total: 2-3 hr

BLAT 1:
3 oua
un praf de sare
3 linguri zahar
1 lingura ulei
3 linguri faina
1 lingurita praf de copt

BLAT 2:
3 oua
un praf de sare
3 linguri zahar
1 lingura ulei
2 linguri faina
1 lingura cacao
1 lingurita praf de copt

SIROP:
150 ml apa
1 lingura de zahar

MOUSSE:
100 gr ciocolata alba
100 gr ciocolata cu lapte
200 ml frisca lichida(smantana dulce)
400 ml frisca batuta 

MOD DE PREPARARE:
Blat 1: Albusurile le batem cu praful de sare pana se fac spuma, adaugam zaharul si mixam pana devin lucioase. SE adauga galbenusurile frecate cu ulei iar la final adaugam faina amestecata cu praful de copt. Punem in tava cu hartie de copt si dam la cuptorul preincalzit la foc mediu cam 30-35 min( la cuptorul cu gaz), Eu am electric si am pus la 175 de grade cam 30-35 min. Se lasa sa se raceasca.

Blat 2: 
Albusurile le batem cu praful de sare pana se fac spuma, adaugam zaharul si mixam pana devin lucioase. SE adauga galbenusurile frecate cu ulei iar la final adaugam faina amestecata cu praful de copt si cacaoa. Punem in tava cu hartie de copt si dam la cuptorul preincalzit la foc mediu cam 30-35 min( la cuptorul cu gaz), Eu am electric si am pus la 175 de grade cam 30-35 min. Se lasa sa se raceasca.

Mousse:  Se taie ciocolata bucati si se pune intr-o cratita cu 200 ml frisca lichida. Se pun la topit la foc mmic si se lasa la racit. Batem 400 ml de frisca lichida. Jumatate o amestecam cu ciocolata iar cu cealalta jumatate ornam tortul.

ASAMBLARE:
Blaturile se taie in 2. Se pune pe platou o parte din blatul negru, se insiropeaza , se pune crema, apoi punem o parte din blatul alb si tot asa. Imbracam tortul in mousse si il ornam cu frisca.

Toti am pornit de jos si toti am simtit la un moment dat ca nu ne apreciaza nimeni, ca munca noastra nici nu este observata, ca nu insemnam nimic si ca ne pierdem in marea asta de oameni si idei. Eu va propun ca in fiecare luna sa sustineti intr-o postare un alt blog. Fie ca este un blog mic, aflat la inceput de drum, sau un blog pe care il apreciati si-l urmariti cu regularitate, sau un blog de pe care v-ati inspirat adesea pentru meniul zilnic, pomeniti-l intr-o postare si faceti-i o surpriza. Va asigur ca gestul vostru va pune un zambet pe fata unui om, iar in ziua de azi, cand zambetele sunt atat de rare, cum sa refuzi sa fii tu cel care daruieste zambete?
