Piept De Rata- Duck Breast


Pentru prima oara am facut piept de rata. De cand am facut m-am indragostit pe loc, 3 o data as manca. Am crezut ca este dificil de facut, dar nu este deloc. Am cautat pe net si am citit retata Laurei Laurentiu, reteta din care m-am inspirit o gasiti AICI. Haideti sa vedem de ce avem nevoie.

INGREDIENTE:
2 bucati piept de rata
sare
piper

MOD DE PREPARARE:
Incingem cuptorul la 180 de grade.
Pieptul de rata se foloseste la temperature camerei, se sterge bine cu prosop de hartie . Cu un cutit foarte bine ascutit crestam pielea, dar avand grija sa nu taiem si carnea. Se condimenteaza cu sare si piper pe ambele parti.

Se aseaza pieptul de rata in tigaie cu pielea in jos si se pune la foc mediu timp de 8 min.
 Intoarcem pieptul de rata cu carnea in jos timp de 2 min.

 Transferam pieptul de pui in tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si il dam la cuptor pentru inca 8 min.

Cand este gata il scoatem si il lasam la odihnit 5 min , apoi il taiem .
Noi l-am servit cu pireu de cartofi si sos de zmeura.

For the first time I made it few months ago, I really fell in love with it. I would love to seat every day. I thought that it is hard to cook it, but obviously is not hard at all. I will tell you what we need for that, for 2 portions.

Total Time: 20 min.

INGREDIENTS:
2 pieces of duck breast
salt
pepper

PREPARATION:
First of all , preheat the oven at 180. Dry breast duck with a paper towel.
Make some lines in the skin with a sharped knife, but be careful to not cut the meat.
Season both sides with salt and pepper.
 Place the duck breast in a fry pan with the skin on the bottom, select medium heat and let it cook for 8 min. After that roll  duck breast on the other side and cook it for another 2 min.
Place it in a tray on grease proof paper, and put it in the oven for another more 8 min. When is ready let it cool for 5 min, and you can cut it now.
We serve it with mash potatoes and raspberry sauce.
