Prajitura Alba Ca Zapada- Snow White Cake

Dragii mei , tot din seria facute de Craciun este si aceasta prajitura. A iesit foarte gustoasa, este prima data cand am facut-o si am avut inspiratie reteta lui Merisor, Prajitura alba ca zapada. Dupa cum stiti sau nu , mie imi place sa deviez de la reteta originala si am schimbat un pic, in loc de unt la crema an folosit frisca si in loc de faina la crema am folosit amidon. A iesit foarte buna si asa dupa cum spuneam, haideti sa va spun cum si ce am facut.

ALUAT:(4 foi)
2 oua
6 linguri de zahar
un praf de sare
12 linguri ulei
12 linguri lapte
700 gr faina
un plic de praf de copt/o lingurita praf de copt
1/2 lingurita bicarbonat de sodiu
zeama de la jumate de lamaie
esenta de lamaie

CREMA:
1200 ml lapte
10 linguri de amidon
8 linguri zahar
coaja si zeama de la o lamaie
300 ml frisca lichida.

MOD DE PREPARARE:
Aluat:
Punem ouale, praful de sare si zaharul intr-un bol, mixam bine pana se topeste zaharul, adaugam laptele, uleiul si esenta de lamaie, amestecam incet sa se incoropreze . In urmatoarea etapa adaugam faina, praful de copt si bicarbonatul stins in zeama de lamaie. Amestecam pana se incorporeaza faina, cand este gata scoatem aluatul si il punem pe masa cu faina si il framantam putin apoi il lasam la odihnit 30 minute in folie alimentara. Impartim aluatul in 4 parti egale, intindem fiecare foie pe rand si coacem pe dosul tavii pe hartie de copt , in cuptorul incins la 180 Celsius, cate 5 min. lasam foile sa se raceasca, si ne apucam de crema.
Crema:
Punem  un litru de lapte la fiert cu zaharul si oprim 200 ml de lapte pentru a dizolva amidonul intr-un castron. Cand laptele incepe sa colocoteasca adaugam amidonul si amestecam continuu pana se ingroasa. Adaugam zeama de lamaie si coaja, amestecam sa se omogenizeze si acoperim cu folie alimentara ca sa nu faca crusta , apoi lasam la racit. Frisca o batem spuma si adaugam crema, omogenizam si umplem foile, eu am pus crema si deasupra si am presarat nuca de cocos.

 






SNOW WHITE

A really nice cake,  a bit of work to do it, but deserve it.

DOUGH:( 4 layers)
2 eggs
6 tablespoons sugar
a pinch of salt
12 tablespoons oil
12 tablespoons milk
700 gr flour
a sachet of baking powder / a teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
juice from a half lemon
lemon essence
 
FILLING:
1200 ml of milk
10 tablespoons corn flour
8 tablespoons sugar
zest and juice from a lemon
300 ml double cream
 
PREPARATION:
Dough:
Put eggs, salt powder and sugar in a bowl, mix well until the sugar melts, add milk, oil and lemon essence, mix slowly to combine. In the next step we add flour, baking powder and baking soda dissolved in lemon juice. Mix until the flour is incorporated, when it is ready remove the dough and put it on the table with flour and knead it a little then leave it to rest for 30 minutes in a cling film. We divide the dough into 4 equal parts, stretch each layer on it's own and bake on the back of the tray on baking paper, in a preheated oven at 180 Celsius, 5 minutes. we leave the sheets to cool, and we start with the filling.
Filling:
We put a litter of milk to boil with sugar and we keep 200 ml of milk to dissolve the corn flour in a bowl.
When the milk starts to boil add the corn flour and stir continuously until thickened.
Add  juice and the zest of a lemon, mix to incorporate and cover with food foil to avoid crusting, then leave to cool.
Whisk the double cream and add the filling , homogenize and fill the layers, I put the cream on top and sprinkled coconut.
