Diplomat cu iaurt si fructe de padure



BLAT
Un pachet de piscoturi

CREMA
200 gr fructe de padure congelate
200 ml iaurt
4 linguri de zahar
esenta de vanilie
200 ml frisca lichida
1 plic gelatina(10 grame)

Iaurtul se freaca cu zaharul si esenta de vanilie.
 
Frisca se bate.

Fructele se pun in strecuratoare la Dezghetat si la scurs.
Gelatina se hidrateaza. Si se pune peste iaurt, se omogenizeaza bine. Se incorporeaza frisca ,
iar la final se adauga fructele si se amesteca.


SIROP

2 linguri de zahar

Siropul de la fructe se amesteca cu zaharul pana se topeste.

ASAMBLARE

Intr-o tava rodunda(24cm), se pune folie, se pune un strat de piscoturi inmuiate in sucul de la fructe amestecat cu zahar.

Se pune crema ,

iar deasupra se pune iar un strat de piscoturi inmuiate .

Se da la frigider.





Diplomat with yogurt and berries 


sponge 
A pack of rusks

CREAM 
200 gr frozen berries 
200 ml yoghurt 
4 tablespoons of sugar 
vanilla 
200 ml whipped cream 
1 packet gelatin (10 grams) 

Rub yogurt with sugar and vanilla. 
Beat the  whipped cream with a mixer 
Fruits put in colander to thaw and drain.  Hydrate the gelatin.  oPut it in yogurt, homogenize well. Fold whipped cream and finally add the fruit and mix them.

SYRUP 
fruit syrup 
2 tablespoons sugar 

Fruit syrup mixed with sugar until it melts. 

Fasteners 
In a round tray (24cm), place the foil, place a layer of  soaked rusks in fruit juice mixed with sugar, put the cream and in top of it another  layer of rusks.
Refrigerate it!
