Cream Rolls- Rulouri Cu Frisca




A simple dessert with just 3 basic things. Scroll down to see the recipe. That is very easy and anyone can do it, obviously it will be loved by all.

INGREDIENTS:
1 pack of puff pastry
cannoli tubes
400 ml double cream
3-4 TBS icing sugar
few drops of vanilla extract.


PREPARING:
Unpack the pasty, cut it long lines and roll the pastry like in the picture. Preheat the oven at 180 Celsius and bake until it gets a light golden brown colour. Let it cool a bit and take the tubes out.

Place double cream in a bowl with icing sugar and vanilla extract, beat it and just fill the rolls.

On top sprinkle some icing sugar .

RULOURI CU FRISCA

Timp total: 30-45 min

INGREDIENTE
1 pachet de aluat foietaj
400 ml frisca lichida
forme de cannoli
3-4 linguri zahar pudra
esenta de vanilie

PREPARARE:
Incingem cuptorul la 180 , intre-timp desfacem aluatul si il taiem fasii subtiri, apoi il rulam pe forme si il coacem pana devin aurii. Lasam sa se raceasca si apoi scoatem formele. Batem frisca cu zahar pudra si esenta de vanilie, apoi le umplem si deasupra preasram zahar pudra.
