Supa crema de dovleac-Butternut squash soup
Tot am auzit de supa crema de dovleac , asa ca am pus-o in tema pe mama, si mi-a trimis dovleac.
Supa se face rapid si este tare gustoasa.Eu am pregatit-o de post.

INGREDIENTE
2 felii de dovleac
un morcov
1 ceapa
un cartof
1 lingurita ulei de masline
sare
piper
scortisoara
ghimbir macinat
MOD DE PREPARARE
Se curata legumele. Morcovul , cartoful si dovleacul se taie cubulete , iar ceapa o punem intreaga. Se pun la fiert cu apa, pana se inmoaie. Se scurge apa ramasa, se scoate ceapa , iar restul legumelor se paseaza cu blender-ul. Se condimenteaza cu putina sare, piper, ghimbir si scortisoara, se pune putin ulei de masline. Daca este prea groasa o diluam cu apa scursa de pe legume.
Daca nu tineti post se serveste cu crutoane si smantana.

INGREDIENTS
2 slices of pumpkin
a carrot
1 onion
a potato
1 teaspoon olive oil
salt
pepper
cinnamon
ground ginger
PREPARATION
Peel vegetables. Carrot, potato and pumpkin cut into cubes and onion put it whole. Put water to boil and vegetables until are tender. Drain remaining water, remove the onion and the remaining vegetables mashed with the blender. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, ginger and cinnamon, put a little olive oil. If it is too thick dilute it with water drained from the vegetables. Is served with croutons and sour cream.
