Prajitura cu vanilie
Sa imi spuneti voi cum arata! Mie imi place , iar gustul este super bun.
Foarte buna, foarte simpla, cu blat de cacao , crema de vanilie si frisca.

BLAT

2 linguri ulei
4 linguri zahar
1 linguri cacao Dr.Oetker
3 linguri faina
un plic praf de copt Dr. Oetker
CREMA
625 ml lapte
6 linguri zahar
esenta de vanilie Dr.Oetker
6 linguri amidon Gustin Dr.Oetker
300 ml frisca
SIROP:
200 ml apa
2 linguri zahar
esenta de vanilie Dr.Oetker
GLAZURA:
150 gr ciocolata
75 ml frisca lichida
DECOR
200 ml frisca lichida batuta.

MOD DE PREPARARE
Incepe cu blatul: Albusurile se bat spuma cu praful de sare, se adauga zaharul si se mixeaza pana devin lucioase.In continuare se adauga galbenusurile frecate cu ulei , apoi faina cu praful de copt , iar la final cacaoa.Se pune in tava unsa sau cu hartie de copt (28 cm), se da la cuptor 30 -40 min. Se scoate si se lasa la racit pe gratar.
Crema: 500 ml lapte , cu zaharul si esenta de vanilie se pun pe foc. Cu laptele ramas(125 ml) dizolvam amidonul intr-un castron. Cand laptele de pe foc incepe sa clocoteasca , turnam amidonul si amestecam continuu sa nu faca cocoloase.Se lasa la racit , iar cand este rece batem frisca si o incorporam in crema.
Sirop: Eu l-am facut simplu , se pune apa intr-un castron si zaharul, se amesteca pana se dizolva zaharul si se adauga esenta de vanilie.
Glazura:Ciocolata se rupe bucati, se pune frisca lichida, se pun pe abur sau pe foc mic pana se omogenizeaza si se lasa la racorit.

ASAMBLARE:
Se taie blatul in 2 se insiropeaza o parte, se pune crema,cealalta parte de blat insiropata, iarasi crema, glazura de ciocolata , iar deasupra decoram cu frisca batuta si ciocolata rasa.

10 gr baking powder Dr. Oetker
CREAM
625 ml of milk
6 tablespoons sugar
vanilla Dr.Oetker
6 tablespoons starch Gustin Dr.Oetker
300 ml whipped cream
SYRUP:
200 ml water
2 tablespoons sugar
vanilla Dr.Oetker
glaze:
150 gr chocolate
75 ml whipped cream

200 ml whipped cream
grated chocolate
PREPARATION
Start with the sponge: Mix the egg white with salt, add sugar and continue mixing. Add yolks rubbed with oil, then flour with baking powder, and finally put cocoa. Put baking paperin the tray (28 cm), bake 30 -40 minutes. Removeit from the oven and let cool on the grill.
Cream: 500 ml milk, sugar and vanilla essence put them on fire. Whit the remaining milk (125 ml) we will dissolve the starch in a bowl. When the milk begins to boil on the fire, put the starch and mix continuously. Let it cool, and when is cold, beat the whipped cream and incorporate it into the cream.
Syrup: I've made it simple, put water in a bowl and sugar, stir until sugar dissolves and add vanilla.
Icing: Break the chocolate in pieces, put whipped cream, put on steam until is melt and let it cool.
Fasteners:
Cut the sponge into 2 and moist a part, place cream, the other side of moist dough, again cream, chocolate icing and decorate with whipped cream on top and grated chocolate.
