Oua umplute cu crema de branza(Oeufs Mimosa)-Mimosa Eggs

Mmm ce bunatate de aperitiv..

Rapid si simplu de facut. Draga mea Sylvia mi-a spus ca se numesc "Oeufs Mimosa"

INGREDIENTE
6 oua

150 gr branza de vaci 
sare
boia
3-4 linguri smantana

MOD DE PREPARARE
Ouale se fierb . Se curata de coaja si se taie in jumatate. Scoatem galbenusurile din ele.
Branza o amestecam cu smantana si o punem la blender sau mixer , ca sa obtinem o pasta fina. Se condimenteaza cu sare si boia. Cu crema de branza umplem jumatatile de ou.

Eggs stuffed with cream cheese

INGREDIENTS
6 eggs
150 gr cheese
salt
pepper
3-4 tablespoons sour cream

PREPARATION
Boil  the eggs. Remove them from the heat , place them under cold water, and leave them few min. Peel and cut in half. Remove yolks from them.
Mix the cheese with  sour cream and put in blender or mixer to obtain a smooth paste. Season with salt and pepper. Fill with cream cheese the egg halves.
