BLAT
4 oua
un praf de sare
4 linguri de zahar
2 linguri ulei
4 linguri faina
1 lingurita praf de copt Dr.Oetker.

CREMA
1 plic Creme Ole de ciocolata Dr.Oetker
esenta de visine Dr.Oetker
200 ml lapte
200 ml frisca
GLAZURA
200 ml frisca batuta
MOD DE PREPARARE
Blat: Albusurile se bat spuma cu un praf de sare , se adauga zaharul si se mixeaza pana devin lucioase, apoi adaugam galbenusurile frecate cu ulei. La final adaugam faina amestecata cu praful de copt si omogenizam cu o spatula. Punem compozitia in tava(20x30)cu hartie de copt, punem nucile si dam la cuptorul preincalzit la foc potrivit 35-40 min. Se scoate, se rastoarna pe platou cu nucile in sus si se lasa la racit.
Crema: Punem intr-un vas inalt laptele, frisca si putina estenta de visine, punem crema din plic si mixam.
Asamblare: Peste blat punem crema, iar deasupra frisca batuta.

Pinch of salt
4 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons oil
4 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon baking powder Dr.Oetker.

1 sachet of chocolate cream Ole Dr.Oetker
cherry essence Dr.Oetker
200 ml of milk
200 ml cream
GLAZE:
200 ml whipped cream
PREPARATION
Sponge: Mix the egg white with a pinch of salt, add the sugar and mix until it becomes shiny, then add the yolks rubbed with oil. Finally add the flour mixed with baking powder and homogenized with a spatula. Put the mixture into the pan (20x30) with baking paper, put nuts and give the preheated oven heat for 35-40 min. Remove, plate upside down on nuts up and let it cool.
Cream: Put in a tall vase milk, whipped cream and cherry essence , put cream Ole and mix.
Assembly: Over top put cream and whipped cream on top.
