INGREDIENTE:
500 gr biscuiti macinati
10 linguri zahar
150 gr unt
esenta de visine Dr. Oetker
250-300 ml apa
2-3 linguri cacao
esenta de rom Dr.Oetker
GLAZURA:
100 gr ciocolata
50 ml frisca lichida
MOD DE PREPARARE
Apa cu zaharul si cu untul se pun pe foc pana se topeste untul si da in clocot . Se adauga biscuitii macinati , se omogenizeaza, se adauga esenta de rom, esenta de visine si cacaoa.
Se amesteca si se mai lasa 2-3 min apoi se lasa la racorit.
Glazura: Ciocolata se rupe bucati se pune frisca lichida si se topeste pe abur.
Luam compozitie in mana si o modelam fie conica fie cilindrica si glazuram .

Grind biscuita 500 gr
10 tablespoons sugar
150-200 g butter
cherry essence Dr. Oetker
250-300 ml of water
2-3 tablespoons cocoa
rum essence Dr.Oetker
GLAZE:
100g chocolate
50 ml whipped cream
PREPARATION
Water with sugar and butter are put on the fire to melt the butter. Add grind biscuits, add rum, cherry essence and cocoa. Mix and let 2-3 minutes then let it to cool.
INCING:
Break the chocolate in pieces add whipped cream , ant put it on steam to melt.
