Pandispan cu ghimbir, scortisoara si prune- Ginger, cinnamon and plum loaf cake
Pandispan cu ghimbir, scortisoara, prune, merisoare si caise confiate.. Tare gustos a iesit , va invit sa vedeti cum am facut.
Pentru inceput sa va spun , am acceptat invitatia Brandusei de la Cooking With My Soul , de a participa la concursul "Reteta afrodisiaca"
Dupa cum ati vazut din poze am ales ceva simpu si gustos cu ce am avut prin casa.

3 oua
un praf de sare
3 linguri de zahar
2 linguri de ulei
3 linguri de faina
un varf de cutit de ghimbir macinat
un varf de cutit de scortisoara
un varf de cutit de praf de copt cu sofran Dr.Oetker
3 prune
cateva merisoare
3 caise confiate
MOD DE PREPARARE
Batem spuma albusurile cu praful de sare, adaugam zaharul si mixam pana devin lucioase. Adaugam galbenusurile frecate cu ulei, apoi adaugam ghimbirul si scortisoara, iar la final faina amestecata cu praful de copt.
Punem compozitia in forma ( eu am avut de silicon de cozonac ), deasupra se pun prunele , merisoarele si caisele. Dam la copt la cuptorul preincalzit la foc mediu 30 -35 min.

3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons flour
a pinch of ground ginger
a pinch of cinnamon
a pinch of baking powder with saffron Dr.Oetker
3 plum
some cranberries
3 dried apricots
PREPARATION
Beat egg whites with pinch of salt, add the sugar and mixing until it becomes shiny. Add the yolks rubbed with oil, then add the ginger and cinnamon, and finally flour mixed with baking powder.
Put the mixture into shape (I had silicone cake) above shall be made plums, cranberries and apricots. We bake it in preheated oven at medium heat 30 -35 minutes.
