Tort diplomat cu double cream- Diplomat Cake
Un tort rapid si foarte bun..

INGREDIENTE:
2 pachete de piscoturi
500 ml iaurt
8-10 linguri de zahar
600 ml double cream
un cocktail de fructe (320 gr)
un compot de ananas(280 gr)
2 plicuri de Gelatina Dr.Oetker(24 gr)
6 linguri apa
ORNAT:
300 ml double cream
ciocolata
bilute comestibile
MOD DE PREPARARE
Fructele se pun la scurs in strecuratoare. Iaurtul se amesteca cu zaharul foarte bine. Batem cu mixerul double cream-ul. Se pune peste iaurt si se omogenizeaza, apoi adaugam fructele si amestecam.
Piscoturile se inmoaie in siropul de la fructe si se pune in oala tapetata cu folie. Punem gelatina la hidratat in 6 linguri de apa si lasam 5 min, apoi o vom pune la microunde cateva secunde pana se topeste. O amestecam cu crema. Turnam crema peste piscoturi si dam la rece 2-3 hr.
Ornam cu double cream mixata, ciocolata si bilute.

500 ml yogurt
600 ml double cream
8-10 tablespoons sugar
fruits cocktail (320 gr)
pineapple compote(280 gr)
24 gr Gelatin Dr.Oetker
DECOR:
300 ml double cream
chocolate
edible balls
PREPARATION:
We will put the fruits in colander to drain. We will mix the yogurt with sugar.
Beat with mixer the double cream. Place over yogurt and mix, then add fruit and mix.
Put the sponge fingers in the fruits syrup and place them in a pan lined with foil.
We hydrated gelatin in 6 tablespoons of water and leave for 5 minutes, then we'll put it in the microwave a few seconds until it melts.
Put the gelain over the cream and mix , after that put the cream over the sponge fingers and put it in the
refrigerator for 2-3 Hr.
Decorate the cake with sponge fingers on the margins and on top with mixed double cream, chocolate and edible balls.
