Polenta with pork and sour cream- Mamaliga cu carne de porc si smantana
Hello my dears , i was missing a lot to write, to cook and to bake. Now i have a new oven, in a new home :)...
I will show you how to make one of traditional romanian dish . You will not need too much ingredients, it's easy and delicious.
Servings: 4
Total time : 40 min.
INGREDIENTS:
500-600 gr pork meat
sunflower oil
salt
pepper
herbes de Provence
POLENTA:
2 glasses of water (500 ml)
salt
1 glass of corn flour
PREPARATION:
Cut the meat in pieces and put salt, peper and herbes de Provence. Put the oil in the pan , and put the meat to fry.
Polenta: Put water and salt in a saucepan to boil. Reduce heat to low , put the corn flour and stir to not make lumps, let it to boil.
It can be served with sour cream .
ENJOY IT !!!

sare
1 pahar de 250 ml faina de malai.
MOD DE PREPARARE
Carnea se taie cubulete, se condimenteaza cu sare , piper si ierburi de Provence. Se pune la prajit in ulei.
Mamaliga: Apa cu sare se pune la fiert , cand clocoteste se toarna faina de malai in ploaie si se amesteca sa nu se faca cocoloase.
Se serveste cu smantana.
