Banoffee Pie- Tarta Banoffee


My dears Banoffiee Pie is a delicious desset and it is so easy to make. You don't have to bake anything. I am inviting you to see how is made.

Tarta Banoffee, este foarte buna si usor de facut. Nu trebuie coapta, asa ca va invit sa vedeti cum se face.



Servings:10-12
Total time: 40 min.

BASE INGREDIENTS:
200gr biscuits
100 gr butter

CARAMEL SAUCE:
200gr sugar
pinch of salt
200ml double cream
100ml water
50gr butter

ANOTHER INGREDIENTS:
5-6 bananas
400ml double cream

PREPARATION:
Base: Ground the biscuits, melt the butter and mix them together. Place the composition in round tray 9'', spred it and let it cool in a fridge.
Caramel sauce: Place the sugar, salt and the water in a sauce pan on a medium heat. Let it boil until it gets a dark yellow colour. Add butter and stir until is melt. After that add double cream and stir for about 1 min. Pour it in a bowl and let it cool. Just be careful with the sugar is very hot.

ASSEMBLY:
Pour on the top of the biscuits caramel sauce , add the whole bananas and the whipped cream .

TARTA BANOFFEE

Timp total:40min

INGREDIENTE PENTRU BLAT:
200 gr biscuiti macinati
100 gr unt

SOS CARAMEL:
200gr zahar
praf de sare
200 ml frisca lichida
100ml apa
50gr unt

ALTE INGREDIENTE:
5-6 banana
400 ml frisca lichida

MOD DE PREPARARE:
Blat: Topiti untul si amestecati cu biscuitii macinati. Puneti compozitia intr-o tava de 23-25cm diametru, neteziti si puneti la frigider .
Sos caramel: Punem intr-o cratita apa, sarea si zaharul. Se lasa la topit pana prinde o culoare galben mai inchis, adaugam untul si amestecam pana se topeste. La sfarsit adaugam frisca lichida si amestecam , lasam sa fiarba 1 min apoi turnam sosul intr-un bol si lasam la racit. Aveti grija cu zaharul este foarte fierbinte.

ASAMBLARE:
Peste blatul de biscuiti turnam sosul caramel si il intindem, punem bananele intregi si deasupra punem frisca batuta!!
