Dupa cum spuneam anul acesta am stat mai mult in bucatarie de Craciun, sa pregatesc mai multe prajituri. Ce-I drept trebuia sa scriu retetele inainte sa va aduc un pic de inspiratie, doar ca timpul a zburat foarte repede si nu ammai ajuns. Am facut bilute cu cirese, este foarte simplu de facu si mai ales noua ne plac tare mult.

INGREDIENTE:
600 gr biscuiti
150 gr unt
400 ml apa
3 linguri de cacao
8 linguri de zahar
esenta de rom
2 cutii de cirese glasate(400 gr)
nuca de cocos pentru decor.

MOD DE PREPARARE:
In primul rand macinam biscuitii. Punem intr-o oala pe foc apa, zaharul si untul, cand se topeste untul se adauga biscuitii macinati si cacaoa. Se amesteca bine si se adauga esenta de rom dupa gust.
 Lasam sa se raceasca putin si apoi formam bilute in interiorul carora punem ciresele si le dam prin nuca de cocos.
Asta este tot, sa aveti pofta!!




GLACE CHERRIES BALLS






This year I have spent more time in the kitchen for Christmas preparations, I should come before Christmas with the recipes, but the time flies. However here I am now and I will let you know how I did those delicious balls.

INGREDIENTS:
600 gr rich tea biscuits
150 gr butter
400 ml water
8 Tbsp sugar
3 TBSP cocoa powder
rum essence
2 containers of glace cherries(400 gr)
some coconut for decoration

PREPARATION:
Ground the biscuits, place in a pot water, sugar and butter, place it on a medium heat until the butter is melted. Add the ground biscuits, the cocoa powder and stir very well.
Finally add rum essence , just a few drops. Make a ball in your palms, add the cherry and roll it in coconut, and that's all.
