Dragii mei daca tot se apropie sarbatorile anul acesta am dat startul cu niste fursecuri, foarte simple si fragede. nu am facut multe , asa ca va scriu ce am pus in ele.

INGREDIENTE:
100 gr unt(la temperature camerei)
125 gr zahar pudra
300-400 gr. faina
1 ou
esenta de rom

MOD DE PREPARARE:
Untul moale se mixeaza cu zaharul pana devine ca o spuma, adaugam oul, amestecam bine si adaugam esenta de rom. Incorporam faina, putin cate putin si framantam pana obtinem un aluat potrivit de moale.
Cantitaea de faina difera in functie de marimea oului, asa ca puteti folosi mai mult sau mai putin decat am folosit eu .
 Aluatul se lasa la frigider 30 minute.
 Incingem cuptorul la 170 de grade.
Intindem o foaie nu foarte groasa nici foarte subtire, taiem cu decupatoare, si punem fursecurile in tava pe hartie de copt. Le coacem circa 10-15 min. Se pot pudra cu zahar, noi am ales sa le colorom cu carioca comestibila.
 



BISCUITS

INGREDIENTS:
100 gr butter( Stork) at room temperature
125 gr icing sugar
300-400 gr of flour
1 egg
rum essence

PREPARATION:
Mix the butter with the icing sugar until we get like a foam, add the egg, stir well and add the rum essence. After that add the flour at the time, until we get a not to soft dough.
 The quantity of flour depends on how big or small the egg is, it might be possible to use more or less flour then I did.
Place the dough in the fridge for 30 min, meanwhile preheat the oven at 170 Celsius.
 Stretch the dough with a rolling pin , but not too thin, cut the dough with some cutters and place it in a baking tray on a parchment paper.
Bake for 10-15 min, you can sprinkle on top some icing sugar, or you can glaze them.
