Prajitura Cu Mac, Vanilie Si Biscuiti- Poppy Seeds, Vanilla And Biscuits Cake

Ei, dragilor tot din seria facute de Craciun este si aceasta prajitura, am pornit de la idea de a face prajitura Tosca, dar am deviat de la reteta ca de fiecare data asa cum imi place mie sa mai schimb cate ceva. A iesit foarte buna. Haideti sa va spun si cum am facut-o, este foarte simpla , nu va speriati :))

BLAT:
8 oua
un praf de sare
8 linguri zahar
8 linguri faina
o lingurita praf de copt
100 gr mac

CREMA:
500 ml lapte
5 linguri de zahar
esenta de vanilie
1 plic budinca de vanilie
300 ml frisca lichida

SIROP
200 ml apa
2 linguri zahar

GLAZURA:
2 pachete biscuiti glazurati cu ciocolata

MOD DE PREPARARE:
Blat:
Albusurile se bat spuma cu un praf de sare, se adauga zaharul si se mixeaza in continuare pana spuma devine lucioasa. Se adauga galbenusurile , se mixeaza , in acest moment se adauga faina si praful de copt, se amesteca cu o spatula de sus in jos sa se incorporeze faina. La final adaugam macul amestecam compozitia si punem in tava (25x35)pe hartie de copt. Coacem 30-35 minunte in cuptorul preincalzit la 170 Celsius. se scoate si se lasa la racit.
Crema:
O parte din lapte punem la fiert cu zaharul si esenta de vanilie, cealalata parte dizolvam budinca de vanilie. Cand laptele incepe sa clocoteasca turnam budinca si amestecam continuu sa nu se faca cocoloase, pana se ingroasa. Se ia de pe foc si se lasa la racit. Batem frisca si cand s-a racit crema, o amestecam cu frisca.
 
ASAMBLARE:
 
 
Blatul se taie in doua , se insiropeaza ambele parti. Punem o parte din blat pe tava, jumatate de crema, celalta jumatate de blat , iar deasupra punem biscuitii glazurati.

 
 
 

 
POPPY SEEDS, VANILLA AND BISCUITS

That cake is still from Christmas series, it is very nice and tasty.

SPONGE:
8 eggs
pinch of salt
8 TBS sugar
8TBS flour
one tsp baking powder
100 gr poppy seeds.

FILLING:
500 ml whole milk
5 TBS sugar
Vanilla extract(few drops)
1 sachet of Custard powder
300 ml double cream

SYRUP:
200 ml water
2 TBS sugar

GLAZE:
2 Packs Of chocolate glazed biscuits

PREPARATION:
Sponge:
Whisk the whites with a pinch of salt until become a foam, add the sugar and whisk again till the foam become glossy, add the yolks and mix again. Add the flour and baking powder, stir from upside down with a silicone spatula, in the end add the poppy seeds and mix again. Place the composition in a baking tray with parchment paper and bake for 30-35 min in a preheated oven at 170 Celsius. Let it cool.
Filling:
Place some of the milk in a sauce pan with sugar and vanilla extract on a medium heat. The rest of the milk dissolve the custard powder. When the milk start boiling add the custard and mix continuously till it become thick and let it cool. Moreover whisk the cream and add the custard, mix them together.

ASSEMBLY:
Cut the sponge in to two. Moist each part of it with syrup. Place a part in a plate, half of the filling, the other part of the sponge, the other half of filling and on the top glazed biscuits.
