Prajitura "Valurile Dunarii"
BLAT
4 oua
6 linguri zahar
150 ml lapte
150 ml ulei
8 linguri de faina
1 lingura cacao
1 praf de copt
200 gr visine fara sambure
Ouale se freaca cu zaharul pana devin pufoase(10 min),
se adauga uleiul si laptele si se omogenizeaza.
Apoi se adauga faina amestecata cu praful de copt.
Jumatate din compozitie se pune in tava cu hartie de copt(20 x30),
iar cealalta jumatate se amesteca cu cacaoa
si se pune peste compozitia cea alba.
Deasupra se pun visinile si se da la cuptor la foc potrivit 40-45 min.
Se scoate si se lasa la racit.
CREMA:
250 ml lapte
3 linguri zahar
esenta vanilie
2 linguri amidon
200 ml frisca lichida
200 ml lapte se pune la foc cu zaharul si esenta de vanilie. Amidonul se dizolva cu 50 ml lapte.Cand laptele clocoteste se adauga amidonul si se amesteca, continuu pana se ingroasa si se lasa la racit.
Frisca se bate.
Cand este crema rece se incorporeaza frisca.
GLAZURA
150 gr ciocolata neagra
100 ml frisca lichida
Ciocolata se rupe bucati si se adauga frisca, se pune pe abur pana se omogenizeaza si se lasa la racorit putin.
MOD DE ASAMBLARE
Se pune blatul pe un platou, se pune crema
si deasupra se pune glazura.
Se fac forme de valuri cu furculita umeda.

6 tablespoons sugar
150 ml of milk
150 ml of oil
8 tablespoons of flour
1 tablespoon cocoa
1 pinch of baking
200g pitted cherries
Rub with the sugar until eggs are fluffy (10 min)
add milk and oil and mix.
Then add flour mixed with baking powder.
Half of the composition is placed in the tray with baking paper (20 x30)
and half mix with cocoa
and then over the white composition.
Above put cherries and bake 40-45 minutes at medium heat.
Remove and let cool.
CREAM:
250 ml of milk
3 tablespoons sugar
vanilla essence
2 tablespoons starch
200 ml whipping cream
200 ml milk with sugar is put to fire and vanilla. The starch is dissolved with 50 ml milk When the milk boils add the starch and stir continuously until thick and leave to cool.
Beat the whipping cream.
When the cream is cold incorporate whipped cream.

150 g dark chocolate
100 ml whipping cream
Chocolate break pieces and add whipping cream, put on steam until smooth and let it down a bit.
METHOD OF ASSEMBLY
Place cake on a plate, place cream
and topped it with incing.
The waveforms are made with a wet fork.
Am auzit de prajitura asta, insa nu am incercat-o niciodata. Cred ca e extrem de buna!
