Spanac cu mamaliguta si ou -Spinach, fried egg and polenta
Dupa cum stiti spanacul este foarte bun si sanatos!
Va mai aduceti aminte de desenele animate cu Popeye Marinarul ce muschi facea cand manca spanac :))
"Spanac proaspat , sanatos
Iute , iute am cules
L-am pus la fiert si l-am tocat
Repede l-am preparat
Si e gata de mancat !"
Portii : 3-4
Timp total : 1 hr.
INGREDIENTE:
200-300 gr spanac fiert si pus la scurs
2 catei de usturoi
1 lingura ulei
1 lingura faina
sare
200-300 ml lapte.
MAMALIGA:
2 pahare de 250 ml apa
un pahar de 250 ml faina de malai
sare
MOD DE PREPARARE
Spanacul il tocam. Punem la incins uleiul si adaugam usturoiul pisat sa se caleasca cateva secunde, adaugam faina, omogenizam , punem spanacul si adaugam laptele. Se lasa la fiert 20-25 min la foc mic cat sa fiarba si sa se ingroase si condimentam cu sare.
Mamaliga: Punem apa cu sare la clocotit, cand apa clocoteste turnam in ploaie faina de malai amestecand continuu sa nu faca cocoloase si se lasa la fiert.
Se serveste cu ou ochi!

Spinach with polenta and egg
Chop the spinach. Put oil in pan and add garlic, cook it a few seconds, add the flour, homogenized, put spinach and add milk. Let it on low heat 20-25 minutes to boil and get thicken and season with salt.
Polenta: Put water with salt to boil in a sauce pan, when the water boils pour in rain corn flour mixing with a manual whisk to not have lumps, after that stir from time to time and let to boil on a low heat.
Serve with fried egg!
